"The Good Times Are Killing Me" is a film I released that focuses on fixed gear riding; documenting top riders doing tricks and riding in cities from Los Angeles to Barcelona. I created all aspects of this project from the ground up, including production, shooting, design, and editing.
I have been overwhelmed with the response within the fixed gear community, including the video premiered in Japan, Australia, South Korea, Germany, the UK, and the United States. I planned the premiere in Salt Lake City, while other fixed gear communities created their own events to premiere the film.
I aimed to create a recognizable visual style for the film. Establishing colors, transition, and custom typeface for the film and all supporting content.
This project is one of my proudest accomplishments. I have been overwhelmed with the viewership and response.
